WHAT IS A MARKETPLACE?
A marketplace is an e-commerce platform gathering several various independent designers and brands and allowing them to present their design for buyers everywhere in the world.
Our brands parters have their official page on the marketplace and buyer can browse through various of products from different creators.

The Fairnest provides a trustworthy, transparent and secure platform. The marketplace operates through a commission charged on sales. It is free of cost for designers and brands to have their collection on the marketplace.
WHO IS IN CHARGE OF PACKING & SHIPPING?
All our products are packed and shipped directly from the designers. Although all of our designers and brands are professionals with handling fine craft and delicate items, The Fairnest cannot be held responsible for damages made during transportation of the items. In that case, please mail us at info@thefairnest.com who will explain how to return your package.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We offer standard shipping and the delivery time may vary depend on the location of the brand and the buyer but generally, for domestic shipping: 2-3 days. For shipping to another country within EU: 3-7 days
HOW SOON CAN YOU DELIVERY MY ORDER?
We offer 2 types of availability for the products;
In stock: product is available in stock and the delivery can be carried out quickly, within 72h.
Made-to-order or Pre-order: the product is made upon request or it can be customized according to buyer’s criteria. The delivery time is specified by the brand on each product page.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
The Fairnest ships to all countries within Europe. However, shipping conditions remain at each partner brand’s discretion and there may be some differences to this policy. If your country is not in the provided list, or if you are located outside of Europe, please let us know and we'll check if we can accommodate your request. 
WHO PAYS THE DELIVERY FEES?
The Fairnest offers reasonable delivery fees which are borne by the buyer. Delivery fees may vary from one brand to another and depends on delivery destination. Generally, the shipping for domestic orders: €5, while international orders within EU: €15. If you buy several items from different brand’s the system will calculate the final cost of shipping, and your purchase may be subject to some discounted shipping rate. To confirm the shipping fee in your case, we recommend using the Shipping Calculator in 'Shopping Cart'
HOW MUCH TAXES & DUTIES I HAVE TO PAY?
If you order from a country outside of the European Union sales taxes and customs duties may apply. The price you pay to The Fairnest does not include any such taxes and duties. You will have to pay the required amount to the customs officer, either at the customs office or upon delivery. Make an inquiry to your local customs office to learn more.
IF I BUY FROM SEVERAL DIFFERENT BRANDS, HOW DOES THE DELIVERY WORKS?
Since each brand is in charge of their own products, if you purchase from several different brand’s, you may potentially receive the packages at different times. You will receive a tracking number for each package after shipment.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
No, but occasionally some of our brand’s offer free shipping on purchases above certain order value or within specific regions.

Payment Information

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept most credit and debit card payments including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Klarna, Google Pay and Apple Pay. You can also pay by Paypal.

We take online security seriously, our website is protected with the latest SSL encryption technology, and credit card payments are handled by PCI compliant 3rd party providers (Shopify Payment & Paypal).

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY SHOPPING ON THE FAIRNEST?
Your card will be charged as soon as the order is processed on our website. If you wish to cancel the order please try to do it as soon as possible before we start processing your order.

Orders and Returns

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Making an order is easy. Just select the item you wish to buy along with size and colour, if required. Add to cart and proceed to checkout. If you encounter any problems please contact our customer service at info@thefairnest.com.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You can register a customer account under Sign Up/My Account. To do this, you must enter your full name, e-mail address, address data and telephone numbers and create a password. All information must be correct and truthful and must be updated by the user immediately if the information changes.
However, you can also place an order without a registered account.
WHO SHOULD I TO CONTACT IF I HAVE ANY QUERIES?
Go to the contact form section of the website at the bottom of any page and click on the link. You will then be able to fill in a form and specify your inquiry. If you have an inquiry about returns, email directly at info@thefairnest.com.
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
In case of cancellations, you will be refunded the amount of your purchase and shipping if the order has not been treated by the brand yet. For returns and exchanges, shipping costs will not be refunded. If you wish to cancel an order, please write to info@thefairnest.com. We will cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. It is not possible to change an order after it has been placed, we kindly request you to place a new order on the website.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once the order has been shipped we will provide you with a tracking number to your e-mail address.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
Yes, we offer a 14 days return policy from the day you receive your order. For custom/made to order products we do not accept refunds.

Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges at this point. Instead, please place a new order via our marketplace/e-shop.

We accept returns that meet the following requirements:
1. Return is initiated and mailed back within 14 days of delivery date.
2. Product(s) is returned in perfect condition.
3. The product(s) is new, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached.
4. Product(s) that may not be returned are gift certificates, underwear, cosmetics, earrings and swimwear (when the plastic seal at the crotch has been removed).
However, defective items may always be returned.

The Fairnest and/or the respective brand reserve the right to reject any returned product(s) that do not meet the above criteria.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO RETURN A PRODUCT I HAVE ORDERED?

As supporter of thoughtful consumption, we encourage to consider every purchase before you place an order.

In case of a return please notify us on email info@thefairnest.com and we will guide you through the process and advise which address to send the returned item.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage including duties and taxes, if applicable.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

As soon as our brand partner has received and registered your return and confirmed that it is in its original state, The Fairnest will start process the refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5-8 business days.

DO YOU REFUND SHIPPING FEES?

All original shipping fees, taxes and duties due to a sale is non-refundable.
